Improve prmary education for 500 school-age children
throughout Beletweyne district.
Objectives: Rehabilitate primary school in Beletweyne district
damaged during the civil wars. and Train primary education
teachers of Beletweyne district to improve their knowledge
and teaching skills., get girls-children into primary schools
to ensure a better quality of life for girls and close gender
gaps in education.
Increase access to safe water and provision of adequate
water supply in Beletweyne district 35% the number of people
with access to water. Objectives: Construct and rehabilitate
water supply systems in Beletweyne district to maintain a
consistent access to safe water and adequate drinking water
and facilitate formation of water sanitation committee and
provide training to the community management team in order
their capacity to be enhanced.
Prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS epidemic in Hiran
Eliminate Traditional harmful practice (FGM). Objectives:
Empower individuals, families and communities with knowledge
and skills for HIV/AIDS prevention, mobilizations towards
HIV/AIDS in Hiran Region. Awareness of harmful traditional
practice and how to stop Female Genital Mutilation.
